Job Title: Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Herndon, Virginia.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality care to our clients in their homes. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work closely with our Physical Therapists to develop and implement treatment plans that promote optimal physical well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients in achieving their physical therapy goals through treatment, testing, and education.
  • Work collaboratively with Physical Therapists to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Provide client education and support to promote independence and self-care.
  • Conduct home visits to assess client needs and provide treatment.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure or certification in the state of VA.
  • Graduation from a two-year college-level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
  • At least one year of work experience under the supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist.
