About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Sales Representative to join our team at Rosso Recruiting. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business and client services in the Mechanical Contractors and Engineers market.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
  • Provide expert knowledge of HVAC systems and solutions to clients, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers and superintendents, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and manage proposals, bids, and contracts to meet client needs and company standards.
  • Manage and oversee the release of projects, including equipment and system design, to ensure flawless execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of energy and cost-saving strategies for HVAC commercial equipment and service agreements.
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders, including MSRs and PSRs, to provide exceptional client service and support.
  • Provide regular business activity reports and annual forecasts to support sales plans.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in MEP/HVAC sales, with a strong track record of success in the commercial HVAC industry.
  • Book of business with HVAC/MEP clients, including experience with chillers, boilers, RTUs, air handlers, BAS, controls, and electrical systems.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with a strong understanding of HVAC systems and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present value-added propositions to key decision-makers.
  • Proficient with MS Office, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Good driving record and valid license.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving dynamic energy service field.
  • Professional and polished demeanor, with a strong sense of tact and respect for clients and team members.
  • Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
