Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Parts Counter Salesperson to join our team at Integrated Cooling Solutions LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for processing customer orders, responding to inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders and quotes in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns regarding products and services.
  • Actively promote products and services to customers.
  • Load and unload shipments of parts, supplies, and equipment.
  • Record inventory discrepancies and follow up with customers.
  • Determine the best method to resolve customer issues.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and business partners.
  • Exhibit strong organizational and customer service skills.
  • Work overtime and weekends as required.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with inventory control.
  • Computer skills and HVAC parts background preferred.
  • HVAC, Mechanical Contracting, Engineering, or Construction industry experience a plus.
  • Prior retail or commissioned sales experience preferred.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to write correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively present information to customers, clients, and employees.
  • Mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Reasoning ability, including problem-solving and prioritizing tasks.

Work Environment:

This position requires working in an office environment and occasional field work.

Physical Demands:

The employee must regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds.
