Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled CNC Router Programmer and Operator to join our team at Halk Marine Fabrication & Design LLC. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for creating CNC part nests, programming CAM operations, and operating our 2 CNC routers simultaneously.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Create CNC part nests for aluminum parts in Autodesk Fusion 360 and program CAM operations.
  • Setup new plates on machines, operate our 2 CNC routers simultaneously, and remove and sort parts after run is complete.
  • Modify existing CAD models for custom orders.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Routine machine maintenance and work area cleaning.
  • Small part fabrication and secondary operations.
  • CNC Press brake operations.
  • Part and material inventory and record keeping for customer invoices.

Requirements:

  • CNC and CAM programming experience.
  • Aluminum machining and router operations.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
  • BASIC fabrication skills.
