Job Overview:
As a CNC Machining Specialist, you will be responsible for programming and operating CNC routers to meet production demands effectively. Your role will involve creating precise CNC part nests and ensuring the efficient operation of multiple CNC machines.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop CNC part nests for aluminum components using Autodesk Fusion 360 and oversee CAM programming tasks.
  • Set up new plates on CNC machinery, operate dual CNC routers concurrently, and manage the removal and sorting of finished parts.

Secondary Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine maintenance on machinery and maintain cleanliness in the work area.
  • Engage in small part fabrication and additional operational tasks.
  • Perform CNC press brake operations.
  • Manage part and material inventory, ensuring accurate record-keeping for customer invoicing.

Required Skills & Experience:
