Job Summary

Halk Marine Fabrication & Design LLC is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist and Fabricator to join our team. As a CNC Router Programmer and Operator, you will be responsible for creating CNC part nests, programming CAM operations, and operating our 2 CNC routers simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create CNC part nests for aluminum parts in Autodesk Fusion 360 and program CAM operations.
• Setup new plates on machines, operate our 2 CNC routers simultaneously, and remove and sort parts after run is complete.
• Modify existing CAD models for custom orders.
• Routine machine maintenance and work area cleaning.
• Small part fabrication and secondary operations.
• CNC Press brake operations.
• Part and material inventory and record keeping for customer invoices.

Requirements:

• CNC and CAM programming experience.
• Aluminum machining and router operations.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
• Basic fabrication skills.
