Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Catering/Support Staff to join our team at FCC Behavioral Health. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our events and providing exceptional customer service to our clients, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning and Execution
    • Plan and coordinate catering events, including setup and breakdown.
    • Assist with tracking and managing catering supplies and inventory.
    • Order supplies for events as needed.
  • Cleanliness and Organization
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of catering areas, including kitchens, dining areas, and storage spaces.
  • Customer Service and Collaboration
    • Provide excellent customer service to clients, staff, and visitors.
    • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a seamless event experience.
    • Work closely with the Director, Food Services.
  • Travel and Special Projects
    • Travel with occasional overnight stays.
    • Assure program operates within the constraints of the agency's certification (CARF, DMH) standards and strategic plan related to clinical care.
    • Abide by program and agency policies and procedures.
    • Other job duties and special projects as assigned.
