Job Summary

FCC Behavioral Health is seeking a skilled Payroll Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities between Human Resources and the Payroll Department, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement best practices to improve payroll efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee payroll records.
  • Process payroll in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and errors.
  • Audit payroll files to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, responding to payroll-related queries and requests.
  • Collaborate with the Payroll Supervisor and Human Resource Officer to ensure seamless payroll operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing payroll laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Two (2) years' experience in a business environment with payroll/accounting related duties.
