Nurse Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Hospital Supervisor. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading a team of nurses in a fast-paced hospital setting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and develop individualized plans of care to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Supervise and lead a team of nurses, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Current state RN license.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- 3-5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- BSN preferred.
- BLS and ACLS certification.
