Business Administration Supervisor

In the role of Office Operations Manager, you will oversee all operational aspects and staff, ensuring precision and effectiveness in financial processes while complying with accounting standards and regulations. You will collaborate closely with the Administrator to execute assigned responsibilities in alignment with organizational policies and governmental guidelines.
Key Responsibilities of the Office Operations Manager include:
- Overseeing accounts receivable and accounts payable functions
- Leading the Business Office team and facilitating regular team meetings
- Managing collection of overdue accounts and liaising with Corporate personnel
- Generating and maintaining financial documentation and reports
- Supervising Medicaid and Medicare processes
- Reconciling accounts and managing deposit transactions
- Administering resident trust accounts and preparing required paperwork
- Completing quarterly financial reports and undertaking special projects as directed
Qualifications:
- High School diploma is mandatory; an Associate's Degree in Business is preferred
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in accounts receivable management within the healthcare sector
- Familiarity with fundamental accounting practices and computerized office management systems
