Position Overview
The Marketing Coordinator for Smiths Medical's IV Solutions will enhance their expertise in the IV Solutions product line. This role is pivotal in delivering marketing assistance across the entire IV Solutions portfolio.

In collaboration with the Product Manager and the Marketing Director, the selected candidate will take charge of ongoing commercial cross-referencing and execution, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies.

This position will support the Product Manager in crafting and implementing effective customer-facing marketing initiatives aimed at boosting product awareness and driving conversions.

Key responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks related to the IV Solutions portfolio, including annual updates for cross-referencing and formulary files, creating customer-focused executive summaries, providing pricing support and quotations, developing marketing messages and campaign creatives, and monitoring competitors.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter, capable of managing multiple projects concurrently, and adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet Smiths Medical's marketing and sales goals.

Core Responsibilities
- Eager to learn and develop expertise in the IV Solutions portfolio
- Manage ongoing commercial cross-referencing and support RFI/RFP processes
- Collaborate with Contract Marketing and the Product Manager to synchronize pricing and business objectives
- Assist the Product Manager in executing marketing campaigns and analyzing trends to enhance customer engagement
- Support daily product and marketing operations and take ownership of special projects as they arise
Knowledge & Skills Required
- Understanding of business strategies and a commitment to developing subject matter expertise
- Ability to analyze information and apply deductive reasoning to solve issues

Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma is required
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field from an accredited institution is preferred
- 0-1+ years of experience in product marketing with a grasp of current marketing and communication trends
- 0-1+ years in product management, with an understanding of supply chain and logistics
- Previous experience in IV Solutions or healthcare is advantageous
Work Environment
This role is primarily sedentary and operates within a professional office setting, utilizing standard office equipment. Occasional travel may be required, estimated at 5-20% of the time.
