What You Have1+ years of experience in Client/Customer Service.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Financial Services/Wealth Management or a closely related field.
- While licensing is preferred, it is not mandatory for this role; Charles Schwab will support employees in this position in obtaining and/or maintaining the Series 7 and 63/66 licenses.
- Ability to address client needs with professionalism and tact.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working independently and effectively as part of a team while managing multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
- Capability to establish and maintain strong cross-enterprise working relationships.
- Basic understanding of brokerage regulations and rules governing client accounts.
- May be required to become a Notary.
