KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Establish and nurture positive relationships with customers and team members.
Handle part inquiries by contacting manufacturers or exploring online resources.
Communicate findings back to the store through digital or telephonic means.
Examine various software applications for manufacturer specifications, standard packaging, minimum order values, shipping protocols, etc.
Calculate and provide merchandise pricing, store costs, shipping fees, etc., utilizing computer systems, manufacturer quotes, and company pricing structures.
Respond to phone inquiries from stores and manufacturers.
SKILLS/EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/ABILITIES
Essential:
Strong interpersonal abilities.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in handling numerical data.
Basic calculator proficiency.
Ability to collaborate within a team environment.
Preferred:
Familiarity with O'Reilly/Ozark departments, stores, documentation, and software applications.
Competence in personal computer usage.

Knowledge of automotive components.
