Electrical Hardware Strategist

As a key member of the Freedom Surveillance LLC team, you will be responsible for spearheading electronic hardware initiatives and designing cutting-edge customer products. You will collaborate closely with a cross-functional team to meet customer and manufacturing requirements. If you have a passion for creating innovative electronic designs, this role is ideal for you.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and document electronic hardware for customer products, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
- Contribute to the development of test procedures, ensuring high-quality standards are met
- Evaluate quality metrics of electronic designs, identifying areas for improvement
- Create comprehensive documentation for electronic design projects, facilitating knowledge sharing and collaboration
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex technical challenges, driving innovation and efficiency
- Monitor project progress, reporting status to leadership and stakeholders
- Implement process improvements and systems within the workgroup, enhancing productivity and quality
- Identify and develop advanced technologies, staying ahead of industry trends
- Utilize productivity tools to optimize design efficiency and reduce costs
- Take on project leadership and ownership, driving results-oriented initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on prioritization and time management
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to quality and excellence
- Ability to work independently or in teams, with a flexible and adaptable approach
- 5+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing, with a proven track record of success
