Industrial Sales Representative Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Travel to customer sites to demonstrate product knowledge, provide product samples, and conduct surveys to understand customer needs.
  • Prepare and present sales quotes, contracts, and proposals to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer loyalty and retention.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least five years of sales experience, preferably in industrial sales.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to lift heavy materials.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
