SFI Advisors' Corporate Services Division provides Employee Benefit Consulting and Brokerage Services tailored for mid-sized enterprises throughout the United States. We are eager to enhance our client commitment by welcoming a seasoned, client-oriented account manager.

ROLE SUMMARY:

The primary responsibility of an Employee Benefits Client Service Specialist is to support the client service team in managing and servicing both new and existing Corporate Benefit Client accounts. You will be responsible for a portfolio primarily composed of mid-sized client accounts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, both directly and through collaboration with other service team members.
  • Maintain close communication with Advisors and serve as the main liaison with clients to evaluate needs and propose solutions.
  • Oversee, facilitate, and implement marketing efforts for new and renewal accounts.
  • Create comprehensive analyses and presentations for client and prospect meetings.
  • Develop educational resources, including Benefit Enrollment Guides.
  • Review Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs) and agreements/contracts for precision.
  • Assist clients with resources related to HIPAA, COBRA, FLEX, ERISA, and more.
  • Address any claim resolutions and plan administration issues.
  • Manage filing, file setup, and maintenance within the firm's CRM and electronic client file system.
  • Coordinate Open Enrollment data transmission with vendor partners.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance sector, specifically in Employee Benefits.
  • Strong presentation, written, verbal communication, and customer service abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • A genuine commitment to exceeding client expectations.
