Client Technology Support Specialist

About the Role:
Cirrus Aircraft is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Technology Support Specialist to join our team. As a Client Technology Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to Cirrus employees, troubleshooting computer systems, and implementing solutions to resolve technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to Cirrus employees, including troubleshooting computer systems and implementing solutions to resolve technical issues.
- Build, customize, test, implement, maintain, and enhance various hardware and software systems.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of computer operating systems and applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
- Good analytical skills to reverse engineer requirements when a customer or teammate presents a problem in the form of a solution design.
Requirements:
- Pursuing a relevant 2- or 4-year degree.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Ability to complete the entire duration of the internship.
- Ability to secure local housing for the duration of the internship.
