Pharmacy Operations Manager

As a Pharmacy Operations Manager at Walgreens, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring efficient workflow and a positive patient experience. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and direct a team of pharmacy technicians to provide excellent customer service and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage pharmacy operations, including patient registration, prescription data entry, and medication preparation
Supervise and train pharmacy technicians to ensure they are knowledgeable about company policies and procedures
Develop and implement processes to improve pharmacy efficiency and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with the pharmacy team to resolve customer complaints and concerns
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; PTCB or ExCPT certification preferred
1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours
