Job Summary

We're looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to assist in various aspects of our business, including coordinating training activities, researching and gathering information, and reviewing and summarizing Voice of Customer (VOC) data. The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, be able to take initiative in a team environment, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinating training activities, including participant enrollment and completion status
  • Researching and gathering information to support staff and projects
  • Reviewing and summarizing VOC data to inform business decisions
  • Verifying the accuracy of information and identifying inconsistencies
  • Developing spreadsheets and dashboards to analyze data and identify trends
  • Preparing draft presentation materials and creating content for internal and external clients
  • Assisting in coordinating member outreach touchpoints and planning events or program rollouts
  • Participating in training activities and demonstrating professional workplace behaviors
Requirements
  • Currently completing post-secondary studies in a specified field or a recent graduate with a degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized and attentive to detail
  • Ability to take initiative in a team environment
  • Collaborates with team members, mentors, and leaders within the organization
  • Coachable with a highly motivated work ethic
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
