**Job Summary**
Anne Arundel Urology PA is seeking an experienced Ambulatory Surgery Center Director to lead our outpatient surgery centers. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the clinical facility, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Manage day-to-day operations of the Ambulatory Surgery Centers, ensuring efficient surgical flow and developing standard operating procedures.
- Clinical Excellence: Ensure key performance indicators are met, develop insights and recommendations based on data and analytics, and drive optimal clinical and surgical performance.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with CMS, State, Federal, and Accrediting Body regulations, as well as OSHA standards.
- Staff Management: Direct, monitor, and evaluate activities to ensure professional medical/nursing care for each patient, delegate responsibilities to appropriate personnel, and monitor/review performance evaluations.
- Quality Improvement: Evaluate facility programs and committee activities, including Quality Management Improvement, Risk Management, Safety, and Infection Control.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or higher
- Current RN license in the state of Maryland is required.
- Minimum of three years of previous leadership experience in an Ambulatory Surgery Center or Surgical Setting required.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and OSHA standards necessary.
- Certified in Basic and Advanced Life Support (BLS/ACLS) is preferred.
