Job Summary

The Regional Clinical Director is a key leadership position at Clearway Pain Solutions, responsible for overseeing the daily operations and staff of our Ambulatory Surgical Centers (ASCs). This role requires a strong clinical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive quality and efficiency in our surgical services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and direct a team of nursing professionals to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient operations.
  • Quality and Safety: Implement and maintain quality and safety standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Staff Development: Provide training, education, and evaluation to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Communication: Coordinate with physicians, medical staff, and senior leadership to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive and compassionate environment, ensuring excellent customer service to patients, families, and staff.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field of study.
  • Experience: Minimum of five years' experience as a Registered Nurse, with at least one year in a leadership nursing role.
  • Certifications: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse, ACLS, and BLS certification.
  • Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, strong leadership and management abilities, and a working knowledge of healthcare and medical terminology.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior Experience: One year of prior experience working in a Pain Management practice, five years of prior experience working in an Operating Room or Ambulatory Surgical Center, and one year of prior experience working with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
Compensation and Benefits

Clearway Pain Solutions offers a competitive salary range of $110,000/year - $130,000/year, up to 120 hours of PTO in the first year, 7 holidays, 401(k) with employer match, medical, dental, and vision benefits, and other company-paid benefits.
