Job Summary

Terracon is seeking a skilled Field Facilities Professional to join our team. As a key member of our facilities assessment team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and developing repair/restoration solutions for the built environment.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in building science and a proven track record of delivering high-quality assessments and recommendations. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to address their facilities-related challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of buildings and other infrastructure to identify areas of concern and develop repair/restoration solutions.
  • Develop and implement plans for the repair and restoration of buildings and other infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to address their facilities-related challenges.
  • Prepare and present reports of findings and recommendations to clients.
  • Assist in the preparation of restoration design documents and construction oversight/administration.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in building science or related field.
  • Up to 5 years' experience in facility assessment.
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable violation history.
