  • Effectively manage financial transactions, inquiries, and guest requests.
  • Committed to upholding hotel safety and security protocols by promptly addressing any concerns.
Compensation:

$18.75 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Warmly welcome guests and facilitate a smooth check-in experience.
  • Create a positive first impression and ensure an efficient check-in process.
  • Professionally address guest inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Deliver superior customer service and resolve any issues to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Handle phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Ensure effective communication within the hotel and assist guests as needed.
  • Accurately process guest payments and maintain financial documentation.
  • Assist with guest requests, including reservations and local information.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience with cash handling, credit transactions, and front-office management software.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally and up to 10 pounds frequently.
  • May require assistance with luggage weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to work extended hours, including standing for long periods.
