As an Early Childhood Development Therapist, you will play a vital role in nurturing the growth and development of young children with autism, working closely with a team of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists.
We provide thorough training to equip you for success, and we welcome recent graduates eager to kickstart their careers, particularly those with backgrounds in psychology, special education, child development, or related fields.
Our ideal candidate is passionate about childcare and has a genuine love for working with children, including childcare providers, paraprofessionals, preschool teachers, or volunteers.
Healthcare professionals seeking a meaningful change, such as home health aides, behavioral health techs, or child life specialists, are also encouraged to apply.
As a Developmental Therapist, you will:
- Provide personalized one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 within a clinic setting, utilizing evidence-based, naturalistic therapeutic techniques.
- Implement individualized intervention plans developed by expert clinicians in behavior analysis, speech therapy, and occupational therapy.
- Collaborate closely with the child's healthcare team to ensure consistent and high-quality care delivery.
