Job Title: Entry-Level Developmental Therapist

Soar Autism Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Entry-Level Developmental Therapist to join our team in Littleton, Colorado.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and empathetic individual to work with children with autism and their families. As a Developmental Therapist, you will be responsible for providing individualized care and support to children, helping them develop essential life skills and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one care and support to children with autism, promoting their comprehensive growth and development.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to design and implement individualized developmental plans, upholding the principles of the Early Start Denver Model.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with families, providing regular insights on their child's progress and offering guidance rooted in best child care practices.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in child care roles, such as daycare, nannying, or similar positions, or related educational experiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a talent for building connections with young children and their families.
  • Ability to work effectively on a team and collaborate with our interdisciplinary team.
