As a Developmental Therapist at Soar Autism Center, you will play a vital role in providing personalized ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 within a clinic setting. You will work closely with a team of experts, including Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists, to develop and implement individualized intervention plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children utilizing evidence-based, naturalistic therapeutic techniques.
  • Implement individualized intervention plans developed by expert clinicians in behavior analysis, speech therapy, and occupational therapy.
  • Collaborate closely with the child's healthcare team to ensure consistent and high-quality care delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in a professional capacity.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in computer and tablet usage.
  • Reliable transportation to both training location and local center.
  • Ability to meet physical requirements, including sitting, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
