Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and establish relationships with key decision makers at prospect accounts to secure new business opportunities.
  • Devise and implement outreach strategies to contact executives and engineering leadership at companies in select industry verticals to secure opportunities from prospects within our company's target client profile.
  • Uncover and identify opportunities to expand our footprint and broaden the scope of services offered to organizations in our existing client base.
  • Maintain a high standard of service within new and existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and opportunities for repeat business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in consultative sales, with a minimum of three years in engineering staffing.
  • Demonstrated understanding of engineering terminology and culture.
  • Verifiable track record of outstanding business development performance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing relationships and a book of business for customers who have extensive needs for recruiting and staffing support in the engineering space.
  • Experience with specialized engineering staffing but similar solutions-oriented industries.
  • Experience with creating and building relationships within Fortune 500 accounts.
  • Ability to secure and conduct meetings with and get buy-in from key decision makers at the Director, VP, and C-suite level.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary exempt position, eligible for a commission package at manager's discretion. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or another related field or Equivalent Experience: Minimum 3-5 experience Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses Travel: No Local Preferred: Yes Note: Must be able to work on a W2 basis (No C2C)
