About the Role

At FLOWER CO., we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Shift Lead to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our cannabis delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of drivers to achieve shift goals and objectives
  • Coordinate daily tasks and implement new systems and features to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of FLOWER CO.'s operations and services
  • Monitor and report performance metrics to Operations Managers
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve fulfillment, inventory, and delivery issues
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and report any discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance with all cannabis regulations and procedures
  • Manage multiple drivers on route at once and ensure timely delivery of products
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace and promote a positive work environment
Requirements
  • Must be over the age of 21
  • Fluent with business software systems or experience with e-commerce software
  • Previous management and/or keyholder experience
  • Ability to multitask, organize, problem-solve, and prioritize issues
  • Action and results-oriented
  • Ability to work weekly morning and night shifts, including weekends
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
