Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Oversee various short- and long-term projects initiated by the Commissioner's Office.
  • Assist in the execution of priority initiatives led by the Commissioner's Office.
  • Act as a key advisor to senior leadership on strategic projects.
  • Contribute to executive communications by drafting and reviewing documents for publication.
  • Conduct research and prepare briefing materials on assigned public health topics.
  • Organize and support events and meetings that align with agency goals.
  • Facilitate internal communications and foster a collaborative environment within the agency.
  • Coordinate with leadership and subject matter experts to ensure project success.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements for operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Applicants should possess a master's degree in a relevant field, with additional experience in public health or related areas preferred. Candidates with a doctorate and supervisory experience will be given priority.
