Hospice Care Assistant

Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care and support to patients and their families
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
- A competitive hourly rate of $21.00

- Current CNA license in the state of Michigan
