Job Summary

As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our spa, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving revenue growth. You will lead a team of skilled professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure seamless delivery of spa services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage spa operations, including programs, services, hours of operation, facilities, and staff.
  • Coordinate the delivery of spa services, including salon, skin care, fitness, and wellness programs.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor and manage controllable expenses, including guest amenities, linen expense, professional salon products, and other related costs.
  • Ensure exceptional guest service, responding to guest feedback, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of spa services and promote cross-functional understanding.
Requirements
  • 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field, with 4 years of experience in spa operations, guest services, or related field.
  • Or, 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field, with 2 years of experience in spa operations, guest services, or related field.
What We Offer

Marriott offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $116,000 annually, a bonus program, comprehensive health care benefits, 401(k) plan with up to 5% company match, employee stock purchase plan at 15% discount, accrued paid time off, life insurance, group disability insurance, travel discounts, adoption assistance, paid parental leave, health savings account, flexible spending accounts, tuition assistance, pre-tax commuter benefits, and other life and work wellness benefits.
