Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Concierge to provide exceptional guest experiences at our world-renowned Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for delivering personalized service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and functional work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide courteous and professional service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist guests with all retail functions, including suggestive selling, stocking, and inventory management.
  • Perform general office duties, including filing and data entry.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including financial data and daily cash funds.
  • Collaborate with the Spa Assistant Manager to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of experience in a spa, retail, or similar environment preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and team members.
  • Basic mathematical skills and cash handling experience required.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds, with frequent standing, walking, and reaching.
Work Environment

The Casino environment is fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. You may be exposed to second-hand smoke, excessive noise, and constant exposure to the general public. Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English.
