As a dedicated and skilled Child Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in the academic, emotional, and social development of elementary-aged students.

About the Position

Soliant Education is seeking a passionate and experienced professional to join our dynamic team as a Child Development Specialist. This contract position offers an excellent opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify student needs and develop personalized intervention strategies.
  • Provide counseling services to students, including individual and small group sessions.
  • Collaborate with school staff to develop and implement 504 plans and behavior intervention plans.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of student information.
Requirements:
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
  • Valid Texas School Psychologist certification (or ability to obtain prior to starting).
  • Experience working in elementary school settings is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary with weekly pay, comprehensive health insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, and ongoing support from Soliant Education throughout your contract.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $115,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
