Business Development Representative: Retail Sales Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our retail sales department. This role will involve proactive outreach efforts, lead generation, and sales system administration.
About the Role
This US virtual-based position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the growth of our retail business. As a Sr Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with key decision makers at targeted accounts, identifying and qualifying their business needs, and determining their interest in our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize prospecting strategies to initiate outreach to prospects and establish strong relationships with key decision makers
- Collect and analyze customer data to identify potential opportunities
- Determine prospect interest and make recommendations on suitable Blue Yonder solutions
- Work closely with assigned territory and cover multiple contacts
What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 3 years' experience in inside sales or telemarketing, preferably within the software industry. You should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of SFA/CRM software is essential, and experience with Salesforce.com is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
This position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $73,000 per annum, commensurate with skills and experience. In addition, you will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
