Job Title: Patient Safety Clinical Specialist

Trinity Health is seeking a highly skilled Patient Safety Clinical Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our risk management department, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks to patient safety and quality of care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough investigations of reported events to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement risk management plans to prevent future incidents.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to identify and address safety concerns.
  • Provide education and training to staff on risk management and patient safety best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to patient safety and risk management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in risk management or patient safety.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certification in risk management or patient safety is preferred.
