You will support Collision Estimators by managing vehicle drop-offs, documenting and photographing vehicles, coordinating customer transportation, preparing necessary paperwork, and facilitating active customer deliveries. Effective communication with customers, colleagues, and vendors is essential to guarantee accurate and efficient repairs while complying with all company policies, insurance partner requirements, and industry standards.
