Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing prompt and accurate service as needed.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Maintain a high level of work ethic and commitment to success each day.
