Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Studio Manager in the sales process, including lead generation and membership presentations.
- Schedule and confirm stretching appointments and introductory sessions.
- Engage in social media marketing, email campaigns, and grassroots marketing efforts.
- Manage front desk operations, welcoming clients and prospects.
- Conduct facility tours while identifying individual client needs.
- Maintain membership sales targets and goals.
- Promote the studio's objectives as a leader in fitness and wellness.
- Present available services and membership packages to potential and existing members.
- Ensure quality appointments and follow up with leads.
- Participate in community events to enhance brand visibility.
- Act as a key holder, ensuring timely opening of the studio.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills are essential.
- Experience in health and fitness membership sales is required.
