Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales and Fitness Representative. As a key member of our studio, you will be responsible for greeting clients, presenting our concept, and working closely with trainers to guide new members through their first workout.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients with enthusiasm and energy, providing a warm and welcoming experience
  • Present the Orangetheory concept to interested consumers, highlighting the benefits and unique features of our studio
  • Work closely with trainers to guide new members through their first workout, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience
  • Assist with front desk duties, including answering phones and responding to member inquiries
  • Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote our studio and services
  • Ensure all areas of the studio are clean and organized, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
Requirements
  • Passion for fitness and a desire to share that passion with others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with our studio management system
