As a life insurance sales agent with Tubre Family Financial, you'll have the opportunity to excel in a client-focused environment that empowers you to succeed without the grind of cold calling.
Compensation PackageWe offer an unlimited earning potential through our commission-only structure with no caps. Our new agents can earn an average of $800-$1,200 per policy, while part-time agents can potentially make $50K+ in their first year. Full-time agents can earn $80K-$150K+ in their first year, and agency owners can generate $200K-$500K+ annually.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou will work with qualified leads who have requested information and are TCPA compliant. This allows you to focus on building relationships and providing excellent service to your clients.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you must reside in the U.S. and be a U.S. citizen or legal resident. You should also possess a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills. A life insurance license is required, or you may obtain one if you don't already hold it.
