Job Summary
We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team on a per diem basis. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, support our clinical teams, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
Responsibilities
* Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, bathing, and dressing
* Assist with patient transfers, ambulation, and positioning
* Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety
Requirements
* Current C.N.A. certification in the state of California
* Current American Heart Association BLS certification
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Preferred Qualifications
* Knowledge of University and medical center organizations, policies, procedures, and forms
