Per Diem Hospital Assistant Float Pool Night Shift

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team on a per diem basis. As a member of our float pool, you will have the opportunity to work in various departments and provide high-quality patient care under the direction of our registered nurses.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse
- Perform all duties within the scope of practice for a Certified Nursing Assistant
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure excellent patient outcomes
- Current California C.N.A. certification or completion of first clinical semester of nursing school
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System
- Knowledge of University and medical center organizations, policies, procedures, and forms
