Shop the Mint is on the lookout for a dedicated full-time Production Support Specialist who thrives in the dynamic world of fashion.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the design workflow from initial concept to final production across various product lines, including apparel, footwear, and accessories.
Establish and maintain relationships with domestic and international manufacturers, ensuring seamless communication throughout the design journey.
Supervise the complete production cycle, from ideation to creation to market launch.
Collaborate with the Buying Team to develop, implement, and refine designs.
Adjust clothing designs to guarantee that style, fit, and final products meet expectations.
Create detailed CADs for new styles across all categories and for innovative prints.
Perform data entry and maintain tracking systems.
Conduct thorough research on current trends to inform designs, utilizing historical data, trend analysis, competitive insights, and resources from trend forecasting platforms.
Assist with additional buying tasks as necessary to support team objectives and personal development.Qualifications:
We seek highly motivated individuals who are passionate about their work. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong interest in fashion and the design process. (S)he should be a proactive self-starter capable of delivering on-trend apparel from external partners within set timelines.
In addition to enthusiasm, dedication, and a results-oriented mindset, we have specific qualifications for our Production Support Specialist:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Fashion Design or Merchandising.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in apparel design and/or production.
Experience in sourcing clothing manufacturers is advantageous, whether domestically or internationally.
Comprehensive understanding of the Shop the Mint brand and its clientele.
Strong aesthetic sensibility and an acute ability to visualize and interpret fashion trends.
