Intermountain Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director to lead our Provider Experience team.
Minimum Qualifications- A Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited institution.
- Active medical licensure in the region assigned.
- Progressive leadership experience in a healthcare delivery system and/or large Multi-Specialty Medical Group.
- Holds active privileges or is qualified to be credentialed at an Intermountain Hospital and SelectHealth.
- Exceptional leadership skills and ability to work effectively with clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Exceptional character and integrity, with a commitment to the mission, vision, and values of Intermountain Healthcare.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Desired traits include peer respect, ability to build teams, resolve conflict, and empower others.
- A Master's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or other business-related field.
- A national reputation and network that facilitates partnership identification.
- Interact with others, requiring verbal communication, hearing, and understanding spoken information.
- Operate computers, telephones, office equipment, and manipulate paper, requiring manual dexterity.
