We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Consultant to join our team at UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group). As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering our workforce management solutions to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Implement software solutions in various environments, utilizing professional concepts and best practices.
- Perform business rule analysis and configure software applications to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with project managers to complete system implementations and provide knowledge transfer to customers.
- Advise customers on system configuration, industry-specific features, and system processes and procedures.
- Research application questions, assist with setting up testing scenarios, and provide testing support to the customer team.
- 3+ years of consulting/customer interface experience required.
- Flexibility to travel as needed up to 25%.
- Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline and a minimum of 3+ years of related work experience.
