We are seeking a talented MEPF Commissioning Specialist to become a vital part of our innovative team at iParametrics LLC, focusing on MEPF systems and building control technologies. The successful candidate will have a solid technical background in MEPF and/or building controls, along with the necessary certifications. In this role, you will work closely with the Commissioning Manager to ensure the effective execution of projects and the delivery of high-quality services.
Core Responsibilities:- Efficiently manage submittals from various trade partners.
- Professionally compile project manuals and comprehensive reports.
- Collaborate with other Facility Solutions and Commissioning Associates.
- Review and enhance systems readiness and performance testing protocols.
- Conduct field observations to confirm construction progress.
- Lead videography initiatives for training purposes.
- Guide and mentor junior team members.
- Assist in creating Commissioning test scripts.
- Document and monitor inspections and testing of MEPF equipment.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- 2-5 years of experience in the industry.
- Certification as a Certified Commission Professional or Certified Commissioning Authority.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Project management tools.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
