MEP Superintendent

We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Superintendent to join our team at Hensel Phelps. As a key member of our Facilities Management team, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and management for the delivery and implementation of facility management processes and solutions.

• Develop and implement commissioning plans and project execution plans in accordance with contract documents.
• Manage a team of individuals to deliver Operational Project Readiness and Commissioning Management services on multiple projects.
• Review contract documents for program/project understanding, constructability, operability, and functionality requirements.
• Establish testing/certification requirements for each piece of equipment and document management through commissioning software platforms.
• Oversee the management and document control of commissioning progress via commissioning software platforms.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial construction with an MEPF/building controls contractor, general contractor, and/or Cx agency.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Facilities Management, Mechanical, Electrical, construction management, Engineering, or MEP Construction Management.
• Strong written communication skills and detail-oriented.
• Computer software proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Cloud.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a mobile work environment.
• Strong project management skills and ability to recognize, troubleshoot, document, and optimize facilities processes.
