About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Recruiter to join our team. As an Operations Recruiter, you will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our operations team. This position will be based out of either our Neenah, WI corporate headquarters or Wisconsin Rapids, WI distribution center, and you will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and build a pipeline of candidates who align with our company values and operational goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for operations roles, including warehouse staff, operations coordinators, and other key positions.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the logistics and warehousing industry.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates' skills and cultural fit, and make recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with HR and operations teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintain and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruiting strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local colleges, job boards, and other recruitment channels.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.
  • Effectively communicate our company culture to candidates by providing compelling information about our strategy, capabilities, performance, locations, and employment value proposition.
  • Organize and attend recruiting events to build our employment brand and connect with candidates.
  • Partner internally on larger strategic projects on an as needed basis.
Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to travel as needed, including site visits, interviews, and onboarding.
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing.
  • Proven ability to source, interview, and hire candidates for a variety of operational roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and legal requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
