Job Description

Position Overview:

FB Haywire Lacantera, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Restaurant Service Manager. This position is ideal for leaders who possess a passion for hospitality and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit and Promote Company Culture: Demonstrate a dynamic, high-energy, and service-oriented attitude, embodying the values of FB Haywire Lacantera, LLC.
  • Manage Food and Beverage Operations: Actively oversee food and beverage operations to ensure excellence in service quality, interacting with guests and staff to foster a positive dining experience.
  • Address Guest Concerns: Address guest concerns with empathy and efficiency, employing creative problem-solving to offer robust solutions.
  • Lead by Example: Continuously cross-train, develop, and mentor team members to cultivate a skilled and motivated workforce.
  • Conduct Pre-Shift Meetings: Keep the team informed of key business updates, operational changes, and special events.
  • Oversee Daily Reservations: Ensure special occasions and guest notes are communicated and celebrated.
  • Participate in Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process, including interviewing, hiring, training, and ongoing development of new team members.
  • Manage Staffing Schedules: Oversee weekly staffing schedules to ensure operational efficiency and service excellence.
  • Assist with Inventory Management: Assist in ordering supplies as directed by the General Manager, contributing to the effective management of inventory and resources.
  • Ensure Compliance: Uphold rigorous standards of food safety, sanitation, and quality, ensuring compliance with company recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards.
  • Compile Payroll Reports: Compile and submit payroll reports, documentation, and other required information to the corporate office accurately and promptly.
  • Compliance with Laws and Regulations: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations regarding labor, health, and safety standards.
