As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of 2-3 restaurants, ensuring high-quality products and customer service are delivered to drive restaurant profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including food quality, customer service, and employee performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate a team of restaurant managers and staff to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and other expenses to maintain profitability.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a multi-unit environment.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and reducing costs.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
